April Retreat and T2 Product Sampling at PAUS

April's retreat at PAUS felt like the beginning of something. We brought together movement, breath, cold exposure, nourishment and conversation into a full spectrum experience. It was grounded in nature, shaped by intention and elevated by a group of people who came open, curious and ready to reconnect.
The day began gently, with guests arriving into the space and settling in over a supplement tasting session featuring our Gold Grade Shilajit and dual-extract mushroom tincture. It created a simple and natural entry point into the day. I introduced the retreat (nervously, I’ll admit — speaking in front of a group is something I’m still learning to grow into) and from there we moved into the first session.
Jude led with a grounded and expansive breath and movement flow to set the tone. I followed with strength activation and priming drills, easing the group into partner work and light competition. We moved through strength games and a relay challenge, then Alyx brought the session to a close with a calming qigong sequence that gave everyone space to reset.
From 12.30 we moved into hot and cold immersion. For some, it was their first time experiencing the cold plunge. Everyone did incredibly well. There was plenty of relaxed conversation in the sauna, where Jude offered a short introduction to meditation that led into ten minutes of shared silence. A short reflection followed. It was simple, meaningful and well received.
The rest of the afternoon unfolded in waves of heat, cold, conversation and ease. No rush. Just a natural rhythm that formed around presence.
We wrapped the day with a shared meal at the Hilltop Bistro. A few guests picked up supplements and flyers, and many expressed a strong desire to return. The feedback was consistently positive.
Laura, the events manager at PAUS, took part in the retreat and was clearly energised by it. She expressed interest in continuing to work together, which is promising for what may come next.
There was a sense that something was seeded here. A reminder that slowing down, tuning in and reconnecting to your own rhythm can change the whole tone of the day — and maybe even a bit more than that.
